It 's curious, but the term Farroteca (spelt bar) was created by us and it is the first bar in Italy, and perhaps even in Europe, entirely dedicated to spelt. An exclusive and evocative place, set up in an old farmhouse, where you can discover, taste and appreciate the goodness of this extraordinary cereal and buy our products to create fresh and genuine dishes inspired by our menu and our recipes. We can sit up to 35 people and if you come in summer the large garden will allow you to satiate your eyes with the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

House Appetizer in two versions:

A spelt salad, pizza and ham.

Spelt Piadina with rocket salad and stracchino cheese, spelt pie with radicchio and speck, spelt salad.

 

First Courses:

Cream soup with spelt and lentils, Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, Lasagnette with vegetables, Crepes with ham and cheese, Orecchiette with rocket salad and beef cheek, Lasagne with mushrooms and sausage, Pasta and beans, Gnocchi with duck, Tortelli with ricotta and mushrooms, Pappardelle with wild boar, Spelt with shrimp and zucchini, Passatelli with mushrooms and cream, Spelt polenta with porcini mushrooms and truffle, Spaghetti carbonara asparagus.

Second Courses:

Mixed grill, Tagliata (fillet) marchigiana, Fillet with green pepper, Platter (ham, salami, cheese and spelt pizza), Filled Piadina (cheese, salami, vegetables or salad), Piadina and prosciutto

Side Dishes:

Seasonal salad, grilled vegetables, wild herbs, baked potatoes.

Desserts:

Assortment of cakes and Visciole wine
